Pink and Licorice 1955 Westinghouse Model H550 Vintage Tube AM Clock Radio Cutie and Rare Color!
DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM clock radio alarm manufactured by Westinghouse in 1955 time frame in excellent working condition. Cabinet is in very good condition. There are hairline cracks on the top black front corners. There is a small chip on the left bottom pink back part. Original factory molded colors. Not repainted, no overspray, no repaints to the cabinet. No other chips, cracks, or major scratches. This radio is over 65 years old! All little clock knobs are present. The clock bezel is clear and transparent not yellowing. No stress fractures, yellowing, or major scratches on the front clock bezel. No missing ink, smudges, or rub-off on clock dial lettering. Some rub off of Westinghouse paint from raised logo. The tuning dial works fine and smooth no slipping. This radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The clock works and keep accurate time. The clock motor is quiet on this one. No humming no buzzing no ticking noises. The alarm works. The clock and alarm set function work. The original cable is in excellent working condition. No clock or dial light. Not designed with one but can be added for an extra charge, The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations unless you operate near modern megahertz devices. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. Bottom factory labels are mostly intact. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.
