DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM radio manufactured by Travler in 1955 in excellent working and physical condition. This was a higher end model for Travler. Rare design showcases mid-50s moderne streamline design elements. 

SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly around the dial. 

CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is in excellent condition. Original factory molded maroon red burgundy color plastic. No cracks or no major scratches. There is a rounded chip on the lower right bottom corner. Not repainted. No over spray. Not touched up. No hairline cracks on top which is usual. Gold clock bezel is in excellent condition with no chips, no greening, hazing, some tarnish. The clear clock cover is in excellent condition with no crack, chips or major scratches. The color matching clock face is in excellent condition with no flaking, rust, discoloration or stains. Clock and radio function lettering is clear and readable.  

KNOBS: Factory original plastic volume and tuning knob. No broken or repaired attach posts. Matching three clock function knobs are securely attached.

DIAL LIGHT: No dial light. Not designed with one but can be added for an extra charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRONICS:  All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.

FACTORY LABELS: No missing labels. 

LOGOS: No missing logos. Factory raise gold painted lettering is in excellent condition.

BACKING BOARD: Factory original backing board is in excellent condition. Factory printing is readable.

POWER CORD: The original power cord and plug are in excellent working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. 

DIMENSIONS: Approximately 12" x 5" x 6" (l x w x h)
