DESCRIPTION: This vintage radio manufactured by Mototola in 1957 or 1958 time frame in excellent working and physical condition. Rare and beautiful. Rare radio only model. Usually this series has clock.
SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM stations around the dial without need of external antenna attachment.
CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded pastel mint green plastic. Not repainted no over spray not touched up. Not needed.. No cracks, chips, or major scratches. Front tuning gold metal back is in excellent condition. Front tuning clear window is in excellent condition no cracks, no chips, securely attached.
KNOBS: Replacement matching knobs are in excellent condition and securely attached.
LOGO: Front factory Motorola decal is in good condition some fading.
DIAL LIGHT: Tuning dial light works and lights brightly.
CLOCK: No clock
INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
POWER CORD: The original power cord and are in excellent working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. Yellowed slightly stiff.
BACKING BOARD: No backing board. Has ivory color plastic back.
FACTORY LABELS AND STICKERS: Factory label is worn and missing material.
