BLUETOOTH: This radio original digital circuitry is retained, repaired, and modified to play Bluetooth as well as AM and FM radio. The internal circuit is not gutted. Repeat: the internal electronics have not been gutted and replaced with Bluetooth player. All modifications are reversible. In Bluetooth mode, plays Bluetooth wirelessly from any iPhone, iPad, Android, Huawei, Google phone, etc over 30 ft. Only through Retro Radio Farm, Bluetooth circuitry is completely internal and integrated with the original AM and FM receiver inside the radio! No external plugs, cables, or peripheral devices! Switch from Bluetooth to AM or FM radio and back to Bluetooth with rocker switch installed on back panel. Pairs within seconds. No batteries to recharge! Sounds great! No noise from Bluetooth circuitry!
DESCRIPTION: Solid state transistor radio digital clock manufactured by General Electric GE in the1980s in excellent working and excellent physical condition.
SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM and FM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment. Clear and resonant with excellent selectivity and sensitivity.
CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original black molded plastic cabinet with factory painted simulated wood grain. No cracks, chips, or major scratches on the top, bottom, back and sides. Function lettering and numbering is not worn off. Clear tuning window is in excellent condition with no scratches or cracks. Tuning back panel is in excellent condition with no blemishes, flaking paint, clear readable printing.
KNOBS: Factory original matching tuning and and volume knobs are in excellent condition. Tubing indicator pointer moves as designed no sticky or stuck spots. All clock function buttons in excellent working condition.
LOGO: No missing logos
DIAL LIGHT: No dial light. Not designed with one but can be added for an additional charge.
CLOCK: Front red digital display is clear and bright original red color LED. All segments of digital display are bright. Brightness does not flutter or get dim unreliably. Does not blink. Clock keeps accurate time. AM or PM LED indicator dot is accurate. Wake to music or buzzer. Clock and alarm time is set using turquoise buttons on top. Alarm goes off correctly at the set time. Back knob for clock display on off is working.
INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
POWER CORD: The original power cord and plug are in excellent condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring.
FACTORY LABELS AND STICKERS: No missing bottom labels.
