BLUETOOTH MP3: This particular radio has been modified to play Bluetooth MP3. Plays MP3 with cable or wirelessly from any MP3 playing device over 300 ft. New integrated Bluetooth circuitry available only through Retro Radio Farm is completely internal inside the radio! No external plugs, cables, or receiver device! Switch from MP3 to AM radio with rocker switch installed on back panel. Pairs within seconds. No batteries to recharge! Sounds great! Absolutely no noise from Bluetooth circuitry!

DESCRIPTION: A faux wood grain surround with a black and silver facade transistor radio manufactured by Sears in 1960s or early 1970s time frame in excellent working and physical condition. Modern style design with a cool looking body shape and perfect addition to the tabletop.

SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM and FM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment. 

CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded simulated walnut grain plastic. Not repainted. No touch ups. No over spray. Small and slight scuffs on the facade. No other major scratches or missing pieces. Tuning dial is original and oxidized with age.

KNOBS: Original tuning and and volume knobs are black with slightly worn silver caps.

LOGO: Original Sears consumer label on left side which is readable and clear.

DIAL LIGHT: No tuning dial lights. Not designed with this one.

CLOCK: No clock

INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

POWER CORD: The original power cord and plug are in excellent condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring.

BACKING BOARD: Original factory molded back black cover is in excellent condition and securely mounted.

FACTORY LABELS AND STICKERS: No missing bottom labels. Intact but yellowed not peeling.
