DESCRIPTION: Beautiful AM tabletop vacuum tube clock radio manufactured by Coronado in the 1949-1950 time frame in excellent working and physical condition.

CABINET CONDITION: The original molded brown Bakelite cabinet is structurally solid with no cracks, chips or major scratches. Not refinished not over sprayed or touched up. Original factory molded green plastic front facade is in excellent condition with no cracks, no chips, no major scratches. 

SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without an external wire antenna. Tone knob works.

KNOBS: All factory original matching knobs left to right, volume, tone, power, and tuning. All knobs are in excellent condition no broken mount posts. The unit powers on and off with a definite click. 

DIAL LIGHT: Dial light works and lights up brightly.

LOGOS: No missing logos

CLOCK: No clock

ELECTRONICS: All out of spec capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. The new replacement power cord and safety polarized plug are in excellent working condition with no cracks, or splits or electrical tape repair. No exposed wiring on the back of the radio. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected inside and out. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection.

BACKING BOARD: Original antenna backing board is intact securely attached. The second outside backing board is intact not missing. These cardboard backing boards are missing 9 times out of 10! 

POWER CORD: The original power cord and plug are in excellent original working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring. Not brittle.

LABELS: No missing factory labels.
