DESCRIPTION: Tabletop vacuum tube AM radio manufactured by RCA Victor in 1957 in excellent plus working and physical condition.

CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded pastel pink color plastic back and white grill front in excellent condition. No cracks or major scratches or missing pieces. There is a very small cxhip on the bottom front edge. Usually this model has edge chips on the front top or sides but not this one. Front aluminum fascia is in excellent condition no dents no dings no waviness securely attached.

WORKING CONDITION: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly around the dial without need of external antenna attachment.

LOGO: No missing logo. Filteramic badge is in excellent condition and securely attached.

KNOBS: The original knobs are in excellent condition no cracks no chips. Not missing gold metal center conical caps. 

LETTERING: No missing ink, smudges, or rub-off on tuning dial lettering. The tuning dial works fine and smooth no slipping. Red tuning pointer is in excellent condition.

DIAL LIGHT: Dial light works and lights brightly.

SOUND QUALITY: There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations unless you operate near modern megahertz devices. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. 

INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: All out of tolerance paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. 

BACKING BOARD: No backing board. 

POWER CORD: The original power cord and plug are in excellent original working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring.

FACTORY LABEL: No missing factory labels.
