GROOVY 1969 General Electric C3300A AM Solid State Transistor Alarm Clock Radio It's Dynamite!

DESCRIPTION: Greg Brady called and wants his clock radio back! Tabletop solid state AM clock radio alarm with psychedelic mod 70's motifs manufactured by GE in the seventies in excellent+ working condition.

SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment.

CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks or splits, or major scratchess. The front bezel is clear with no cracks or yellowing. The groovy clock face is wacky seventies design. Very trippy, man. Look at the finger radio dial pointer! All the dial numbers are crisp and clear. There are no cracks on the top plastic or sides or bottom. No missing ink, smudges, or rub-off on dial lettering. Clean and workable overall and definitely groovy.

KNOBS: All clock knobs are in excellent condition and all functioning perfectly! A rare thing to find. Usually, this model is missing knobs or the internal plastic gears are broken. These clock function knobs were not designed to come off. If you try pulling them off, they will break inside and not work anymore. Also, these knob stalks protrude out so far and tend to break. Clock or alarm times cannot be set if the internal plastic gears are broken. On the particular example, all the time setting functions work perfectly! Factory original matching tuning and volume knobs work fine. The radio turns on and off easily with a definite click with knob in front.

INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.

POWER CABLE: The power cord and plug are excellent original working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring.

DIMENSIONS: Approximately 7.5" x 5.5" x 4.5" (l x w x h)

WEIGHT: 2 lbs 14 oz
