DESCRIPTION: Who's hotter Pinky or Leather? Tabletop tube AM/FM radio manufactured by Olympic in 1963 in excellent working and physical condition.
SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM & FM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial with antenna attachment included.
CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or major scratches. The white fronl is in excellent condition. All original factory molded colors. No repaint. No over spray. No touch up. None needed.
KNOBS: All original matching knobs securely attached. No missing ink, smudges, or rub-off dial lettering. The tuning dial works fine and smooth no slipping.
DIAL LIGHT: No dial light. Not designed with one but can be added for an extra charge.
INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations unless you operate near modern megahertz devices. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. No exposed wiring. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.
LOGOS: Arvin letter logo at the bottom right corner is in excellent condition no chipped letters.
BACKING BOARD: Factory pink back cover is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or melted heat vanes.
POWER CORD: The original power cord and plug are in excellent working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring.
FACTORY LABELS: Bottom factory labels are intact.
PROVENANCE: Previous owner identity is not known. Was gently used then stored in a dry cool environment for a long period of time. No evidence of prolonged exposure to cigarette smoking, moisture, or pets.
