Avocado Green 1965 Catalina Model 120-952 Solid State Transistor AM FM Radio Excellent Condition and Great Sounding!
DESCRIPTION: Tabletop vacuum tube AM and FM radio manufactured by White Stores Catalina Brand in 1965 time frame in excellent working and physical condition.
SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM and FM stations clearly and loudly around the dial without need of external antenna attachment.
CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded avocado green color plastic. No cracks, chips or major scratches or missing pieces. All original factory molded colors through and through. Not repainted, no touch up, no over spray. Front grill section is factory painted in a light green or ivory color. Not repainted or touched up or over sprayed. Has few small flea bite paint dings. Aluminum trim piece is original and excellent condition not dented or dinged, or wavy, securely attached. Factory function printing is mostly worn off.
KNOBS: Original matching factory knobs securely attached. Factory original matching volume on/off, band selector, and tuning function knobs are in excellent condition, no broken attachment posts or stripped internal slots. No missing chrome metal inserts.
LOGO: No missing logos
DIAL LIGHT: No dial light. No designed with one but can be added for an extra charge.
CLOCK: No clock
INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
POWER CORD: The new replacement power cord and safety polarized plug are in excellent condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring.
BACKING BOARD: Ivory back cover is original in excellent condition with no cracks, no chips, melted vanes, no discoloration, and no stains.
FACTORY LABELS AND STICKERS: No missing bottom labels.
