Burgundy Red 1959 Westinghouse Model H545T5A Vintage Tube AM Clock Radio Totally Restored!
DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM clock radio alarm manufactured by Westinghouse in 1959 time frame excellent+ cosmetic and working condition. Cabinet is in excellent plus condition. Original factory molded color. No chips, cracks, or major scratches. No repairs, overspray, or repaints to the cabinet. None needed. This radio is over 55 years old! All the little clock knobs are still present. The clock bezel is clear and transparent not yellowing. No stress fractures, yellowing, or major scratches. No missing ink, smudges, or rub-off on clock dial lettering. Some rub off of Westinghouse paint from raised logo. Some scratches on the clear clock cover. The tuning dial works fine and smooth no slipping. This radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The clock works and keep accurate time. The clock motor is quiet on this one. The alarm works. The clock and alarm set function work. The replacement cable is in excellent working condition. The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations unless you operate near modern megahertz devices. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. Backing board is in good condition with crisp square corners. Bottom factory labels are mostly intact. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.
