DESCRIPTION: Tabletop solid state transistor AM and FM antique radio manufactured by Admiral in 1970 in excellent working and physical condition. This narrow and thin radio model was manufactured in Japan for Admiral of Chicago, IL.
SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM and FM stations clearly and loudly around the dial. This vintage radio plays great with the external antenna attachment on the power cord.
CABINET CONDITION: Factory original off-white color molded plastic cabinet. Not repainted, not over sprayed or touched up.
KNOBS: All original factory matching knobs are in excellent condition. Volume on/off switch works. The tuning dial and pointer works, no slipping, no sticky spots.
DIAL LIGHT: None. Not designed with one but can be added for an extra charge.
BACKING BOARD: Original factory backing board is in excellent condition. All original factory printing info and labels are intact and readable.
POWER CORD: The original power cord and plug is in excellent original working condition with no cracks, or splits.
FACTORY LABELS: No missing factory labels.
PROVENANCE: Previous owner identity is not known. Was gently used then stored in a dry cool environment for a long period of time. No evidence of prolonged exposure to cigarette smoking, moisture, or pets.
