No external plugs, cables, or receiver device! Switch from Bluetooth to AM radio and back with rocker switch installed. Pairs within seconds. No batteries to recharge! Sounds great! Absolutely no noise from Bluetooth circuitry!
SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly around the dial without need of external antenna attachment. The speaker is original 2". Let's face it: it's not going to blow out any windows. Bluetooth loudness may need to be adjusted lower or higher volume depending on your source player device. It may be louder in Bluetooth and distortion will be less if you turn down the volume, but plays nicely and sounds clearly when you find the sweet spot.
CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded teal aqua color plastic through and through. looks greener in some areas due to yellowing with age. Not repainted no touch up not over sprayed. No cracks, chips, or major scratches. There are edge abrasions throughout.
KNOBS: Original knobs are matching and securely attached. Volume knob is missing silver metal knob insert. The tuning numbers center insert is in original. The tuning dial works fine: no slipping no sticky spots. No crackly tuning or volume pots.
LOGO: No missing logos.
DIAL LIGHT: None. No place to add one.
CLOCK: None.
INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
POWER CORD: Brand new replacement power cord and safety polarized plug are in excellent working condition. No breaks, no splits, no repair with electrical tape, or other. No exposed wiring.
BACKING BOARD: Backing board is in excellent condition with readable factory printing.
FACTORY LABELS AND STICKERS: No missing factory labels.
