DESCRIPTION: This digital alarm clock AM FM radio was manufactured by Soundesign in 80s in excellent working an physical condition. 

SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM and FM stations clearly and loudly around the dial without need of external antenna attachment. 

CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is original factory molded matte black plastic through and through. Not repainted no touch up not over sprayed. No cracks, chips, or major scratches. Original matching buttons on top for time and alarm set, band selector, ON/OFF/Alarm/Auto, and snooze. Front clear clock cover is in excellent condition no cracks, chips or major scratches, securely attached.

KNOBS: Original knobs are matching and securely attached. The tuning dial works fine no slipping no sticky spots. Volume knob is working as designed not crackling sounding. Time set, Fast, Slow, Alarm set are working.

LOGO: No missing logos. 

DIAL LIGHT: Clock display works, all segments light up brightly, no flicker.

CLOCK: Front display is clear and bright original red color LED. All segments of digital display are bright. Brightness does not flutter or get dim unreliably Does not visibly blink. Clock keeps accurate time. AM or PM LED indicator dot is accurate. Wake to music or buzzer. Clock and alarm time is set using buttons on top. Alarm goes off correctly at the set time.

CASSETTE PLAYER: All drive belts have been replaced for reliable operation dependability. Play button works. Fast forward works. Stop works. No reverse rewind. No record capability. Pause button works. No eject button. Door opens by pulling open tab on right side. Cassette door hinges are solid not cracked or mis-aligned and stays securely shut when not in use. Cassettes not included.

INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. 

POWER CORD: Original power cord and plug are in excellent working condition. No breaks, no splits, no repair with electrical tape, or other. No exposed wiring.

BATTERY: Uses standard 9V transistor battery. Not included. Works with standard household AC power.
