Gorgeous Golden Catalin 1945 Fada Temple Model 652 AM Radio, Pure Gold!

Gorgeous golden age of radio design from the illustrious Fada Company. The golden yellow Catalin is awesome! No cracks, no chips, no major scratches. Original factory molded colors. No repaints no over spray no touch up. None needed. Not a reproduction. This is an authentic original vintage radio from 1945. Excellent modernist design! This radio is over 70 years old! All the dial numbering and lettering is crisp and clear. Clear dial glass is original with no hazing or yellowing. No missing numbering, dots or dashes, or anything. No smudges or yellowing. The knobs are in excellent condition with no cracks. The tuning knob works fine and smooth no slipping. The tuning station numbers are in near perfect condition. The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations unless you operate near modern megahertz devices. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. The replacement power cord and plug is excellent working condition. No exposed wiring or fatigue by the interconnect that is common. Factory original backing board is intact and securely attached. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.
