Step 1: Buyer provides Seller with radio specific information:
- Manufacturer (if known)
- Model (if known)
- Issue(s) description, restoration objective
Step 2: Seller provides buyer with ship-to information via email. No mailing information will be provided until service item is checkout and paid for.
Step 3: Buyer packages and sends radio to Seller. Insurance recommended. Seller is not liable for damage or loss on the part of the carrier.
Step 4: Seller repairs radio and send back to Buyer insured delivery.
