DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM radio by General Electric with Bluetooth MP3 ready conversion. AM tabletop tube clock radio manufactured by GE in the 1959 time frame in excellent working and physical condition. No cracks no chips and no major scratches. Was turquoise blue but yellowed slightly to turquoise green over the years. Not repainted no touch up not over sprayed. This radio was a popular model back in its day. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without external antenna attachment. Excellent art deco design! The volume knob is original securely attached. This radio is over 60 years old! All the dial numbering and lettering is crisp and clear. No missing numbering, dots or dashes, or anything. No smudges or yellowing. No rust or oxidation on front metal fascia plate. The tuning and volume dials work fine. The tubes are working fine. The power cord and plug is original in excellent condition with no cracks, or splits or electrical tape repair. No exposed wiring. Original backing board is intact no cracks securely attached. No missing factory labels although printing on label is faded. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment.
