Repeat: the internal electronics have not been gutted and replaced with modern electronics. All modifications are reversible. In Bluetooth mode, plays Bluetooth wirelessly from any iPhone, iPad, Android, Huawei, Google phone, etc over 30 ft. Only through Retro Radio Farm, Bluetooth circuitry is completely internal and integrated with the original AM receiver inside the radio! No external plugs, cables, or peripheral devices! DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM clock radio alarm manufactured by Motorola in 1959 excellent working condition. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment.

CABINET CONDITION: Cabinet is in very good condition with chips on front top and bottom edges. There is a hairline crack on the top that has been repaired and reinforced. No other cracks. No major scratches. The front grill piece is in excellent condition with repaired cracks. There are some chips along the edges. Gold metal logo and tuning pointer plates are in excellent condition.
KNOBS: The knobs are in excellent condition and securely attached. No missing inserts. The tuning dial works fine and smooth no slipping. Factory original volume is in excellent condition.
LOGO: No missing logos.
DIAL LIGHT: No dial light. Not designed with one but can be added for an extra charge.
INTERNAL ELECTRONICS: All paper and wax capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. There is no loud or pervasive hum. There is no loud or pervasive static between stations. The set has been aligned according to factory specifications. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
CLOCK: no clock
POWER CORD: The original power cord and plug are excellent original working condition with no cracks, or splits. No exposed wiring.
FACTORY LABELS: Bottom factory label is intact.
BACKING BOARD: Original factory back cover is in excellent condition and securely attached.
PROVENANCE: Previous owner identity is not known. Was gently used then stored in a dry cool environment for a long period of time. No evidence of prolonged exposure to cigarette smoking, moisture, or pets. Was probably used in or near kitchen for much of its life.
